These terms explain how RentGuide may be used for rental management, subscriptions, payments, support, and responsible account use.

RentGuide helps users manage rooms, tenants, rent, electricity bills, pending balances, receipts, WhatsApp reminders, and reports. The service is an operational tool and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the information entered in your account, the accuracy of tenant and payment records, and the security of your device and login access.
Acceptable Use
You must not use RentGuide for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, unauthorized messaging, false records, or attempts to disrupt the service. WhatsApp reminders must be sent only when you choose to send them.
Free and Pro Plans
The Free plan provides limited room management features. The Pro plan unlocks expanded rental workflows, including unlimited rooms and reporting features. Plan details may change as the product improves.
Payments
Paid plan purchases are subject to the pricing shown on the website or app at the time of purchase. Payment, cancellation, and refund details are available in our Refund, Cancellation, and Payment Policy.
App Updates and Availability
RentGuide may release updates, maintenance changes, or feature improvements. Some features may require an internet connection, Firebase services, or the latest supported app version.
Limitation of Liability
RentGuide is provided as a management tool. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user-entered data, device issues, third-party services, communication delays, or decisions made using app records.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
