Refund & Payment Policy

Simple payment rules for RentGuide Pro.

This policy explains Pro plan payments, cancellations, refund eligibility, failed payments, and support for payment-related issues.

Free Plan

The Free plan can be used without a subscription and currently supports up to 4 rooms with essential rental management features.

Pro Plan Payment

RentGuide Pro is currently priced at Rs. 799/year. Payment is collected through the available payment method shown in the app or website flow. Pro access is activated after successful payment verification.

Cancellation

You may choose not to renew your Pro plan after the active period ends. Cancelling future renewal does not automatically remove access already purchased for the current active period.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered when payment was deducted but Pro access was not activated, a duplicate payment was made, or a technical issue prevented activation after support verification.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided after successful Pro activation and active use, for change of mind, incorrect user-entered information, device issues unrelated to RentGuide, or failure to use available features.

Refund Request Window

Please contact support within 7 days of payment for refund review. Include your registered mobile/email, payment screenshot or transaction ID, payment date, and the issue you faced.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, UPI, wallet, or payment gateway processing time may vary.

Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment is pending or failed, please do not make repeated payments immediately. Wait for the payment status to settle or contact support with transaction details.
