The app may also store rental information you enter, such as property details, room details, tenant details, rent records, receipts, reminders, and report data.
We use information to provide app features, arrange demos, respond to support messages, send reminders requested by you, generate reports, improve the product, and maintain security.
When you submit a demo or contact form, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message. The message is sent only after you confirm it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp may process that message according to its own privacy practices.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when needed to provide support, comply with law, prevent misuse, or operate services such as hosting, app updates, analytics, or communication tools.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No digital service can guarantee complete security, so users should keep account and device access protected.
You can contact us to request correction or deletion of information you shared with RentGuide. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, or operational reasons.
RentGuide is intended for landlords, property managers, and adult users. It is not designed for children.
